This course is really engaging with plenty of take aways on how to use data to inform your ways of working. Nick does an excellent job of breaking down various charts to help your team visualise flow and identify the patterns and anti-patterns within your team. As a Coach myself, I gained valuable insight on how to guide teams towards better performance. There are plenty of practical exercises that break up the theory which gives you the opportunity to critically analyse trends. Nick gently guides you throughout the course and makes the content easy to follow and digestible. This course is a must for anyone trying to improve their flow and how a team works!

Quite simply a fantastic course and well worth taking for anyone curious or passionate about flow. Whether you are an experienced practitioner or brand new to this, there is learning for everyone. Nick does a great job at introducing both the theory and the patterns/anti-patterns in flow metrics, supported with practical application. Nick provides a wonderfully concise, well-paced course with a great mix of teaching and exercises to get you to consider the different charts and what they can indicate you. It s easy to consume, thoughtfully designed for the learner, with each chapter having a great summary to remind you of what is covered.

Fantastic training is for anyone who wants to be able to solve principal issues related to the Kanban process in the real world. A wonderful way and tool for monitoring the quality of the process and take the best decisions to improve it. Excelent training for an excelent tool.

I found this training incredibly useful to get my head around FlowViz and flow metrics. The adoption and utilisation of flow metrics have steadily increased at our company and we therefore have dozens of teams referencing the charts on a regular basis. For new users, the amount of information and potential insights can seem a bit overwhelming, but having this course as a reference makes things a lot easier. I found the structure of first having an overview of a given topic, followed by the chance to apply the learnings in an exercise, and then concluded by a review particularly helpful as it makes things that little bit more practical and allows you to think about how else you might apply those learnings. I would highly recommend this course for anyone that is looking to start using FlowViz, or trying to gain more understanding of flow metrics in general!

I recently completed the FlowViz Fundamentals course and was highly impressed with the detail, range of examples and opportunities to review data throughout. Focussing on trends over time is a far more mature approach than I have used before and provides a better view of the "bigger picture". Definitely a course I would recommend for anyone looking to better understand flow and delivery of value through data.

Easy to follow and fit into your day, the short lessons are perfect to help you understand the FlowViz dashboards. Also useful to help think about the ways that we work in our teams and what actions we might take to improve our Flow. I especially liked having exercises to practice what had been discussed to test my understanding.
